Calderdale Pride is one of the BIGGEST events in Calderdale.
Calderdale Pride is an annual celebration of the LGBTQ+ community. It has developed into a vibrant and wholly inclusive event for the residents of Calderdale and beyond.
Last year (2023), Calderdale Pride was attended by over 28,000 people and it keeps getting bigger each and every year. It supports the local economy by bringing local and national businesses that want to support a lively and loyal LGTBQ+ community.
Run by a dedicated group of volunteers, it's a FREE and INCLUSIVE event, relying on donations, grants, fundraising and importantly, sponsorship.
Calderdale Pride is effective because it’s for everyone and aims to foster acceptance and create a safe space to allow everyone to be their true authentic selves.
